St Josephs Pre University college observed the 74 th Independence Day on 15 August 2020 with patriotic fervour. A flag hoisting ceremony was held in honour of the solemn occasion at SJPUC campus. The NCC unit of SJPUC(Army wing) stood in attendance of the program.The Principal, Rev. Fr. Melwin Lobo SJ unfurled the Tricolour and the National Anthem was rendered. The event was attended by the Heads of the Departments and Senior staff members. This was video graphed and live streamed on our YouTube channel followed by the online programme so that staff and students would be able to partake in the celebrations. The college also hosted various online and offline events for the staff and students during the Patriotic Week that witnessed enthusiastic participation
