Instructions

  • College Timings: Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM Saturday: 8:15 AM to 12:40 PM

  • It is mandatory for all the students to wear the prescribed uniform (half sleeve beige shirt, black formal trousers, black belt and black shoes) while on campus from Monday to Friday (except on Wednesdays and Saturdays).

  • On Wednesdays and Saturdays students are permitted to wear the prescribed T-Shirt issued by the college

  • Students should sport a short and neat haircut and a clean shaven look on all days. Colouring of hair, wearing of ear studs, body piercing and body art of any form is not permitted.

  • Applicants are requested to read the above instructions carefully before admissions

How to apply?

  • Admission to St Joseph’s Pre-University college is only for BOYS.
    REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.

  • Online Application form will open immediately after 10th SSLC/ICSE/CBSE results.

  • Candidates must complete the online registration and apply through the college website.

  • Candidates are required to complete the application form in all the fields provided in the application and submit it online. Kindly note down the application form number (for further reference until the admission process is completed).

  • The list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed on the college website. Kindly check the updated list on a daily basis, and complete the admission process with FEE PAYMENT within the specified date (Link will be provided).

  • Download the application form and carry a printout of the same for document verification and interview. Date and time will be intimated.

  • It is mandatory for at least one parent to accompany the student for the admission process.

Documents to be produced during admission process:

  • Karnataka SSLC/ICSE/CBSE attested marks card or any other equivalent qualifying certificate (provisional marks card).

  • Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories must produce a copy of
    a) The valid caste certificate
    b) In case of expired caste certificate, candidate has to apply for a FRESH caste certificate and the photocopy of acknowledgment must be submitted.

  • Candidates must produce the ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (without lamination) along with a photocopy

  • A letter from the respective parish priest/pastor, if Catholic/Christian must be produced.

  • IGCSE students, need to produce an eligibility certificate from Department of School Education before seeking admission.

  • Physically challenged and visually impaired candidates should enclose a copy of the certificate obtained from a registered medical practitioner, stating the nature of disability.

  • Kindly bring a passport size photograph of both the parents/local guardians (Authorization letter from parents in case of local guardian accompanying the student) for college records.

  • Copy of the Aadhar card of the candidate must be produced.

  • Copy of the NCC certificates to be produced.

  • After the fee payment, download the copy of the fee paid receipt and carry it along with the above specified documents

  • Candidates should be dressed formally for the admission process.

  • Prescribed uniform and shoes should be purchased from the college campus.

  • Do not make any transaction of money with any person/s in/outside the college campus for a seat. Recommendations are strictly discouraged. We encourage you to inform the Director/Principal of such illegal activities/persons.

  • FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Selected candidates who fail to attend the interview on the specified date and time will not be considered for admission later.
