desired goal. Good leaders create an environment that encourages all the members of a team to
develop their skills and imagination.
The Office Bearers of the Old Boys’ Association are exceptional individuals who are confident
and committed. They are responsible, enthusiastic gentlemen who believe that success is not
defined by what you own or how much money you have, but by the relationships you build and the
respect you earn; where people remember you for the things you’ve done for society.
The only way to lead a successful OBA, according to them, is to bring about a sense of togetherness
by engaging the 25,000+ strong alumni of SJPUC.
