Eye Screening Camp

Report by the secretary: The Lions Club International, Lions club of Bangalore Anubandha District 317F in collaboration with the Health club of St. Joseph's Pre-University College had organized for an Eye screening camp for staffs and students (second year PUC). It was held in the college AV Room on 27th July 2022. The chief guest for the program was Ln Akash A Suvarna, district Co-Ordinator - Vision.
The program begun with an introduction by the Lions club officers and they gave us a brief description of the camp.
A total of 215 students and 45 staffs came for the eye checkup. There were 2 eye specialist/ ophthalmologist who came for examining the eyes with all the necessary equipment/instruments and there were about 8 volunteers. The duration of the camp was from 9:30AM to 3:30PM. Everything was well managed and wonderfully done
