On the 19 September 2024 the department of chemistry at SJPUC organized a guest lecture on chemistry - growth opportunities for tomorrow. The resource person for the program was a senior principal scientist at ITC, Dr Parag Naik. He flawlessly elaborated on promoting untraditional employment fields, ideas on start ups. The speaker highlighted on the scope of chemistry in multiple industrial fields like medicine, food, technology, green energy and the importance of patents and research etc. The students were very enthusiastic and impressed with this informative session.
