An orientation programme for the administrative and support staff of BJES institutions was held on 26 May 2025. The session was designed to foster well-being and personal growth, with a special focus on the theme of Happiness. The session was facilitated by Rev. Fr Henry Almeida, SJ, who delivered an inspiring and engaging talk on finding joy and meaning in everyday work and life. The event served as a valuable opportunity for community building and mutual appreciation among the participants. The sessions concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing gratitude for the thoughtful initiative and looking forward to similar opportunities in the future.
