Leadership Training Programme

On 28 July 2025, SJPUC organized a leadership training session for the members of the Student Council, class and sports representatives and the office bearers of clubs and associations. It was facilitated by Mr. Rahul?Kolle, Technical Project Manager at Cisco and seasoned public speaker. Rahul, who has built a reputation as a storytelling coach and communication expert-having trained thousands of professionals and even curated TEDx events-addressed students using practical lessons centered on the principles on The Go?Giver .?He emphasized the importance of value creation, generosity, and authentic relationship-building, drawing directly from the book's philosophy to illustrate how giving without expectation delivers long?term leadership impact?.Rahul's blend of real?world tech leadership experience and passion for public speaking inspired a dynamic and actionable learning experience for emerging leaders at SJPUC.
