Hitachi Rail STS Contribution to SJPUC for Student Scholarships

St. Joseph's Pre-University College (SJPUC), Bangalore, gratefully acknowledges the generous CSR contributions from Hitachi Rail STS India Private Limited (Rs. 10,00,000/-) and Hitachi Rail STS SpA Project Office, Chennai (Rs. 6,00,000/-) - totalling Rs. 16,00,000/-, towards scholarship support for deserving students from economically poor backgrounds. The funds will be awarded without any bias based on religion, caste, or minority status. Mr. Manoj, CEO of Hitachi Rail STS India Private Limited, along with his team, formally presented the cheques to Fr. Joy Rodrigues SJ, Director of SJPUC, who had authored the CSR project proposal. The occasion was graced by Rev Dr. Daniel Fernandes SJ, Vice President of BJES, Rev. Fr. Charles Lasrado SJ, Principal of SJCC, Ms. Nirmala Raghunandan, Principal of SJPUC, Ms. Mini Saji, Vice Principal, and Rev. Fr. Ashwin Cordeiro SJ. SJPUC warmly thanks Hitachi Rail STS and its entire team for this invaluable investment in the future of our students.
